Steps for initial and reinstatement application process:
- Complete application and mail/fax to state secretary (no application fee)
- AZ State Association secretary will verify application
- Applicant will be contacted with a prorated dues amount.
- Treasurer will send an invoice to be paid to the state treasurer.
- APMA will contact applicant with membership information.
- Member will receive future invoices from APMA each spring
Active Members to pay annual dues:
- Send dues directly to the APMA ( both national and state) www.APMA.org
