Application Request

Steps for initial and reinstatement application process:

  • Complete application and mail/fax to state secretary (no application fee)
  • AZ State Association secretary will verify application
  • Applicant will be contacted with a prorated dues amount.
  • Treasurer will send an invoice to be paid to the state treasurer.
  • APMA will contact applicant with membership information.
  • Member will receive future invoices from APMA each spring

Active Members to pay annual dues:

  • Send dues directly to the APMA ( both national and state) www.APMA.org
